Coaching isn’t necessary for survival, but it can significantly accelerate your journey towards professional and personal goals. If you’re eager to progress faster, consider having a thinking partner who views your success as their own, holds you accountable for actionable plans, and supports you independently in pursuing your dreams.

I strike the right balance between pull and push, rational and emotional, commercial and leadership understanding. I challenge without being forceful, always seeing the best in my clients.

Team Coaching

Typically, an initial team day focuses on understanding team members’ perspectives on critical success, aligning goals, and setting up ways of working in the team. A follow-up session is conducted 4-6 months later.

Individual Coaching

Typically 6 x 1,5 hours to 2 hours 1-1 coaching sessions;  optional 360 stakeholders feedback interviews prior to the start.

So how does it work?

You do not need coaching to survive. Coaching helps to accelerate process of reaching your professional and personal goals.  If you desire to progress faster, having a success partner to hold you accountable for actionable plans, independently support you to act towards your dreams. It’s worth a try!
