Team Coaching
Typically, an initial team day focuses on understanding team members’ perspectives on critical success, aligning goals, and setting up ways of working in the team. A follow-up session is conducted 4-6 months later.
Individual Coaching
Typically 6 x 1,5 hours to 2 hours 1-1 coaching sessions; optional 360 stakeholders feedback interviews prior to the start.
