Typically an initial team day is organised, to align and set up the team and follow-up in 4-6 months thereafter. Team day is designed based on prior interviews with team members to ensure team is working on critical success factors

I offer bespoke 1:1 coaching sessions in person (Hong Kong) or via Zoom or MS Teams (outside of Hong Kong) in English, Cantonese or Mandarin.
In coaching sessions, you will explore thoughts and perceptions on questions I put forward. The questions can be inspiring, eye-opening, reflective, and sometimes challenging. And through innovative processes, you will experience creating options that may not be readily available to you normally. I will assist you in increasing self- and social- awareness, increasing clarity and alignment of goals and actions you aim to achieve. Together we will design practices to achieve success.
In team coaching, we will identify and clarify team bottlenecks to success. Align team success, behaviours and ways of working together. The objective is to build trust and develop as a team.
